  My fiance proposed to me on the 27th January 2018 but sadly it was the wrong size so we had to take it back on the 30th January 2018 so they could send it away and make the ring my perfect size. I was told 1 - 2 week, I did not hear anything else from them so when the time passed i contacted them for an update, I was dismissed and told it will be back when it's back. 5 weeks later I'm still waiting for my ring and have still received no update! Very poor customer service and If I could rate their service lower I would. Absolutely fuming!!
