  We ordered family flowers from Blooms for our mum's funeral but unfortunately were forced to cancel the service at the last minute due to the heavy snow. We called in again to reorder the flowers, and naturally were expecting to have to pay for the new order only to be told they would supply not only our order but anyone else who had ordered with them free of charge. I just wanted to thank everyone at Blooms for such a fantastic service.
