  When buying a new Vivaro from Vauxhall late last year I needed a towbar fitted to it. The Vauxhall dealer actually told me that a genuine Vauxhall towbar would be outrageously expensive, and instead arranged for one to be fitted by Britannia for a much more reasonable price. At the time I forgot to mention that I needed an Alko Stabiliser compatible towbar, not a standard one. When I realised my mistake much later, I phoned Lee at Britannia, and he just told me to bring the (unused) standard bar back, where he promptly exchanged it for the Alko one with no fuss or drama. For helping correct my mistake, I would definitely reccommend Britannia and I will be using them again in future.
