  I was at the services last night at around 11.30pm and two members of staff were clearing up and the young man was asked to do something and I was appalled when he starting shouting abuse at the maturer lady i think she was the supervisor saying to her to keep away and that she had witch craft in her, she was extremely calm at how she handled the situation just not impressed how he treated her, granted it wasn't busy but it made me feel uncomfortable

  I visit nearly every day on my way to work at around 0530-0600 so have got use to seeing the usual team however it appears that one older woman clearly is letting your team down.. I stood waiting the other day for nearly 10 minutes while she had a chat with another employee from M&S about another employee... I wouldn't want to work with her! Eventually Slim noticed I was still waiting and came over to serve me, But anyway I always get brilliant service from the team in the morning (excluding her she's just lazy and rude)
