  I would give it a minus one if I could. I went in to the shop to buy a lighter, so I could light my candles. I was on the phone and was digging out my money to pay for the lighter when this woman said that its rude to talk on the phone when they are trying to serve you. Excuse me! Ive never heard such BS in my life, I have worked in the most intense customer service shop ever and we would always let the customers talk on the phone! Typical for a elderly to dislike people on phones but if they dislike peoples on phones so much maybe they should just blind themselves if they arn't already because everyone is on their phone. They did not try to serve me either, they didn't say hello or anything and they have the guts to call me rude. They don't even know who I was calling, it could have been a business call or even a emergency call and they still have the gall to say something like that, unacceptable. ( I don't even smoke because it'll give me cancer, literally a shop thats selling cancer and they're on the high horse! the audacity!)
