  Needed a ski helmet and have been struggling to find the right fit. Sharon was very helpful, knew exactly what she was talking about and wasn't pushy at all in terms of buying anything. She made the whole experience painless and easy. Very pleased with the customer service and now have a helmet that fits well!

  Sharon the assistant manager has been the most helpful member of any Cotswold outdoor / cycle surgery / runners need / snow and rock I have ever been to! She has helped on two separate occasions with faulty GoPros and has been very swift and professional both times. Customer service like this is very rare to find these days! It makes so much difference ! Thank you !

  Seems the click and collect process is where issues may occur. Ordered a pair of Rab gloves from here due to the stated 1-2 business day delivery promise which met my requirements for an emergency replacement. No notification of delivery fo 4 days so had to chase through phoning the store. Staff friendly and apologetic but could only offer the rationale that the system was suffering issues. On day five, went to collect the order only to be asked not once, but twice if I had paid for it despite showing the printed copy of order confirmation including payment and I.d. If it were not for the affable (if slightly aloof) nature of the staff, this would have only been a two star review. My advice: avoid the click and collect option.
