  This is a clean store with freindly staff. Absolutely perfect for a coffee and cake break when you're shopping. It's on the high street just behind Princesshay which makes it easily accessible. They have clean loos too. Deffinately recommend this store.

  Over £11 for two small Frapachinos, a choc chip shortbread and a cinnamon roll? You are having a laugh Starbucks? And for that ridiculous price you have to queue, get an impersonal service where they clearly need to get you shifted as quickly as possible, queue again to collect your drink, and then have the privilege of sitting at an uncleared, sticky table with dirty cups, in tired and grubby surroundings. At least have the courtesy to smile and engage with the customer while you're mugging them. Sorry, Starbucks, but we're done. It's not me, it's you.
